If you have never had BCAA's before, this product is great and tastes amazing! I was worried it would taste chalky or thick or leave a bad after taste, NONE of that! I used to love drinking lemonade and was worried about the tart-ness that might be associated with the raspberry lemonade flavor and there is none! I am finding myself wanting to drink this every day if not twice a day! It really helps me mid afternoons when I just want to eat junk food and feel exhausted from being up with young kids all day. I also take it before/during/after teaching my REFIT classes! I have noticed it helps me get through the workout less fatigued. Can't wait to order the individual packets to take to work with me.

I started using this BCAA powder at the suggestion of my fitness trainer. I add one scoop to about 24 oz of water and start drinking it 10 - 15 minutes before I workout. It tastes great and has made a HUGE difference in my energy level both during my workout & post-workout. This powder is definitely part of my fitness routine going forward!
