BCAAs vs MOM FUEL: What's the Difference?

BCAAs vs MOM FUEL: What's the Difference?

by Coach Debbie

We at Momsanity get a lot of questions about our BCAA's and our Mom Fuel and we LOVE answering them!  Coach Emily and I thrive on educating busy moms who prioritize their health!

But let's be honest.  There is a sea of information (and misinformation) out there, and we often here, "Uh, what's the difference between your BCAA powder and your protein powder?  Are they the same thing?"

We are so glad you asked!

BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) and Mom Fuel protein powder are NOT the same!  Though they both are all-natural products that benefit you and your family, they serve different purposes.  So when we hear the question, "Which one should I get?"  That's easy, both!  Because they perform different jobs!

Here's a quick list of what each product does for you!

What are BCAA's?

Branched Chain Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein and contain 3 of the essential amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine).  You mix into water and sip on throughout each day.

BCAA's are NOT a meal replacement.

Leucine:

  • Improves lean muscle
  • Boosts fat loss
  • Suppresses hunger

Isoleucine:

  • Triggers fat-burning

Valine:

  • Stimulates workout performance
  • Energizes naturally
  • Enhances mental sharpness

Why do I need BCAA’s?

  • Lowered stress
  • Reduced cravings
  • Energized brain
  • Balanced blood sugar
  • Prevented overeating
  • Improved lean muscle
  • Boosted metabolism
  • Upgraded workouts
  • Minimized post-workout soreness and fatigue
  • Amplified energy
  • Enhanced focus and creativity
  • Consistent hydration

Now let's switch gears and talk about Mom Fuel Protein Powder!

What is Mom Fuel Protein Powder?

Protein powder is created by extracting the protein component of the food into a convenient powder that you can take anywhere.  Protein powder is the lowest-calorie way to get your protein.  There’s not much fat or carbohydrates, so the calories come from protein.   That means you can get more out of protein powder than a piece of chicken or a burger.

Mom Fuel protein is a high-protein meal and snack replacement (and it contains collagen too)!  Enjoy 1-2 shakes or smoothies daily!

What does Mom Fuel Protein Powder do?

  • Builds muscle
  • Boosts your metabolism
  • Assists workout recovery
  • Helps your immune system
  • Keeps you fuller longer
  • Provides wholesome, natural nutrients
  • Promotes fat loss
  • Tastes delicious (your kids will love it) and is ready in seconds
  • Contains collagen which benefits hair, skin, nails, joints, and digestion

We hope this has helped you know the difference between both amazing products - our BCAA drink mix and Mom Fuel!  Ask us any questions you have about either!
