Can Somebody Just Tell Me What to Eat?!

When I first started eating healthy, I must have messaged Coach Emily a million times, "Can I eat _____?"  She was so patient with me and my nonstop food questions.  

 

Eating healthy makes you look and feel your best.  But what does that look like in real life?

 

Listen, you are unique so we can't really give you a specific answer on what your body needs to stay fueled and happy, but perhaps this template can give some guidelines on where to start with your nutrition.

 

We focus on minimizing hunger and cravings while amplifying energy.  So listen to your body and stay nourished throughout each day.

 

Some women need to eat 3 times a day, while others need to eat 6 times a day.  So play detective and learn the structure that suits you best!  

 

 

Nutrition is NOT one size fits all. You must spend time learning YOUR body. Monitor your Hunger, your Energy, and your Cravings throughout each day (don't worry, over time, it becomes second nature).
 
This is merely a suggested starting place, like the "HOME" square on a board game.
 
Eat a variety of foods that God grows. We want water, protein, vegetables, fruits, fats, and complex carbs.
