10 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT

“SQUAT SLIDE SCOOT”

 

3-5 MIN WARM UP

 

1 HEAVY WEIGHT, MOMSANITY SLIDERS, AND A MAT ARE NEEDED FOR THIS WORKOUT.  PUSH UNTIL YOU CAN’T, REST AS NEEDED.  EACH MOVE IS 40 SECONDS OF WORK, FOLLOWED BY 25 SECONDS OF BOTH MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS AND REST.

 

COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS:

  1. 1 WEIGHT: GOBLET SQUAT
  2. 15 SECONDS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, THEN 10 SECONDS REST
  3. SLIDERS: SLIDING HAMSTRING CURL
  4. 15 SECONDS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, THEN 10 SECONDS REST
  5. SCOOTING PLANK
  6. 15 SECONDS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, THEN 10 SECONDS REST
