I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I love ice cream. I can do without cookies, cake, brownies, and candy (except dark chocolate). BUT. I LOVE ice cream.
Here’s another secret: Roughly once per week I DO eat ice cream. The real thing. And the sugar gives me a headache. But I do it anyway. See, we don’t eat perfectly either. I digress.
This time of year, there are LOTS of ooey and gooey temptations everywhere. Especially when it comes to pumpkin. But I’m here to tell you there is a better way! Isn’t that exciting? You can have your milkshake and drink it too!
Here’s How:
1 scoop Vanilla Mom Fuel
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond/Coconut/Cashew Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
1 tsp. cinnamon
A few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
Ice to taste
Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a high-powered blender. Blend to desired thickness (more ice makes it thicker). Stir in chocolate chips. Enjoy!
